      HI, HOW DO YOU LEVERAGE THE EACH MODEL WHEN THE TRAINING NEEDS ARE MANDATED BY LEGISLATION I.E A PERSON HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO MEET THESE CREDENTIALS .. HOW DO WE MOVE AWAY FROM THE ‘SKILLS MATRIX”

        Hi Louise, we suggest going back and really seeing what the legislation is asking for – the exact wording they have used as there might be another way to demonstrate the requirements.  Sorry not much help without being able to see what the requirements are!
