    We have just started our Leadership programme delivered in bi-weekly challenges, each challenge has a topic with a section of knowledge sharing, coaching questions and top tips. Our aim is to run this for 6 months and then see how it goes.
    I was just wondering how other people measure the success of their programmes please?

    Love the sound of this programme Kate!  You could measure impact in a couple of ways  1) NPS  -i.e.  Would they recommend this leadership programme to a colleague on a scale of 0-10  2) pulse survey (ideally from the leader themselves) to their team members measured now and again 3 months/6 months – with a couple of questions based on the programme topics.

    This sounds like a great idea Kate. We are looking at how we can engage with our leaders and have been looking at numerous options for leadership programmes. I would be interested to hear more information on this if you wouldn’t mind sharing.  How did this idea come about and how many people are included in your challenges?

    Hi Kate

    What an exciting way to develop your leaders! I am also gathering ideas on how to run a leadership program so if you’d be willing to share, that would be great. You could ask the leaders to to score how confident they feel with each topic you deliver if it was to come up in their working life.
