Hi – I know there have been quite a few other chats around Leadership Development, however what I’m interested in is good ideas and examples of how we can create a real environment for success for those who go through the programme. We’ve identified a 6 month program we’d like to use delivered by an external supplier and I’m thinking about how we ‘top & tail’ the programme internally – we’ve got our ‘why’ for running the course but what more could we be doing – i.e. assigning each leader who goes on the course a 121 with a member of the exec to talk through what they want to get from the programme etc, do we create a forum for those going through the programme etc – any ideas or tips of how you’ve seen this type of thing done well before would be really appreciated! thanks
