Hello, I work in an L&D team and we’re looking to source some learning for our internal operational training team. They are keen to undertake some training to learn how to map out knowledge within their area so they know what information is required to complete certain aspect of the operational roles and also the knowledge required for certain processes. They’re also keen to learn about how to manage knowledge (e.g. both storing and presenting) to provide effective after-training support for people and present knowledge in an impactful and engaging way.

I’ve had a look online and there isn’t much training out there; it seems like it’s quite niche or the training is provided when you purchase a knowledge management system.

But I was wondering if anyone knew of any providers that can offer training on knowledge management/mapping? Thank you in advance.
