      Know anyone working in an organisation that’s doing hybrid working really well? They may work in the place/facilities team, the company’s tech/IT world, or they may be involved in taking people and culture along with them into the future.

      Peabody will be hosting Better Ways of Working series of virtual events over the next few months, where we want to hear what like-minded organisations are doing well, and what lessons they have learned on their hybrid working journey.         I’m VP HR for a company called spaceOS and we basically offer technology to companies to help them with hybrid working!           We have just launched our agile/ hybrid working model which we have termed our ‘Lifestyle Contract’ that I think is pretty amazing! or I know of a number of housing associations doing it well – Johnie Johnson, Yorkshire Housing, Irwell Valley Homes

                    I think we are doing a great job here at Bought by Many /ManyPets too. We took a while to really survey our organisation (using culture amp) and listening to what people wanted, we then created a framework for hybrid work – Making Work Work.
                    We were in the situation where we all worked from home successfully from day one of lock-down (operationally) so it really did seem a shame not to capitalise on that.
