For the first time in a long while, I have tried to use job boards as a customer – looking for a job por project. The majority of the high-profile boards are very difficult to use and do not allow flexibility. I am asked in what industry I work in – my current employer is in packaging, Construction, Education, Glass, Digital Solutions. I also work cross-functionally across HR, IT, Process improvement.

None of the boards I have looked at so far let me really express what I do and who I am. Does anyone have a similar experience?
