      Hi all,

      Wondering if anyone has anything that they can share in relation to interview/recruitment packs?

      We are currently looking at our recruitment process and how to best support hiring managers in recruiting the right/best people for the roles and how we assess against the job role.

      I work for Tuffnells so the majority of our roles are warehouse/drivers but equally to support our directors in recruiting the best managers.

      Also, does anyone do anything in addition to interviewing in terms of tests etc?

        Hi Emma, I’d be happy to share some of our interview packs with you, if you share your email I will send them through. We use SHL as our testing provider, they have a really good online tests (verbal/numerical) that you can send out and get the results in advance, as well as a personality questionnaire which we find aids our decision making for roles of all levels.
