We are currently updating and reviewing our recruitment process. I’d love to see any new innovative processes or techniques that you have used / found have worked?
In particular we are looking at increasing diversity, reducing bias and making the process more inclusive (whilst not too lengthy).
Hey Jodie, I can recommend reading Who (Geoff Smart and Randy Street), I took some of it with a pinch of salt but some of it was useful and as a consequence I introduced scorecards.
