Hi all, I need to draft a policy / guideline for Hybrid Working – covering things like working overseas, working from a location other than your home, what it means to be ‘available’ etc. Wondering if anyone else has grappled with putting one together and would be willing to share theirs with me? Thank you!
Hi Jo, we would suggest principles rather than a policy so that managers can make judgements based on individual circumstances. Have you seen this piece of content titled, Work from Anywhere – HR’s role in making it happen. It might help you challenge the need for a guidelines. Hope this helps!
