Hi everyone,

Looking ahead to our next Seminar where we will be discussing Employee Experience, here is a reminder of the assignments and agenda:

1. Developing your employee personas

During the Seminar we will asking a few of you to share your example personas – if you bursting to share what you’ve done, let us know in advance so that we feel OK about picking on you!

Then we will break out in small groups (3/4 people) to discuss with each other who your persona might be and how you might use them.

2. Your employee experience

Again, during the Seminar will be asking a few of you to share examples of the experiences you want to create for your people.

Then we will have the second break out where you will share with a smaller group one experience that you have in mind and an example of a ‘moment that matters’ that either supports it or that you need to change.
