      Hi, when completing the diagnostic tool my opinion and way of dealing with situations is different to the leadership in my business. How should I complete the tool?

        Hi Susi, definitely complete the diagnostic form your own point of view- so  how you would approach the situation using your own opinion and judgement rather than that of your business leaders. Hope that helps.
