      Hi All,

I was hoping some one could provide some advise. We currently have a department with our business which have been through alot of change this includes management. in the last few months have caused a number of issues for the business I believe this is due to resistance to change. We have just managed to hire a new line manager for the department who is very good. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can embed this manager in a positive way for the team.

The new manager probably just to get stuck in and genuinely listen and empathise with the team in group settings and in one to one check-ins and slowly build their trust as well as knowledge about what’s going on for each of them.   The SCARF model diagnostic might be helpful for the manager to understand the different reactions to threat.
