Would any of you be willing to share your holiday allowance with me? We are looking to align ours and I am interested what other companies offer.
Hi Heather – we start at 25 days which rises by a day each year up to max of 30 days, plus bank hols.
Hi, we start at 25 days, rising by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days. Plus bank holidays. Employees can also buy and sell up to 5 days annually.
Two companies who both offer all bank holidays – one has 30 days and no variant. The other has:
21 Days Operative; 24 days staff and then an increase of days for each of 2 days after 5 years and a further 2 days after 10. This company gives everyone a day of birthday leave which must be taken within a week of the actual day or it is forsaken.
We offer 25 + Bank Holidays and an extra day for your birthday.
We offer 25 days rising to 30 for each 5 yrs of service, plus Bank Holidays.
We’re a small IT company and offer flat 25 days + bank holiday (33 total) – during lockdown we also had a number of ‘company holidays’ random days where the CEO told everyone to take the day off – we had 5 last year and this landed so well in terms of morale and engagement that we will continue with this. We are considering moving to a unlimited holiday model.
We used to have 28 days plus bank hols but have now moved to Uncapped leave
We do 27 days plus bank holidays, with 3 unpaid days available if required. You get an extra day after 5 years and each year thereafter capping at 5 extra.
20 days plus a day for each year up to 25 days plus bank holiday. Plus we close for Christmas and New year which is usually an extra 4+ days
Assume you mean UK. In which case we are 25 plus bank holidays.
