It would be great to hear your thoughts on the topic of Furlough and performance management.
It’s something I am wrangling with at the moment which is how to fairly assess the performance of those that have been on Furlough for varying periods of time since Furlough was introduced, with those having not been on Furlough at all in the same period?
Any thoughts or reflections would be much appreciated.
