Hi – Has anyone facilitated an EVP workshop? We’re concerned that coming out of the Pandemic, we might see some retention issues, and I believe this is a great time and opportunity to build and articulate our EVP as part of our retention plans? Any thoughts, tips very welcome! Thanks
Hi – we’re in the midst of reviewing our EVP and finding our what matters most to employees. We’ll be engaging with staff on a number of levels – via our quarterly pulse survey, direct engagement workshops and a hackathon – trying to reach out as much as possible to co-produce the end product.
I’d love to see how you structure your process.
I’m having the same conversations with our business leaders. We’re introducing the work from anywhere concept and are aware that could have an impact on the overriding culture. It feels like the right time to revisit the EVP to refresh what’s important to us as we normalise the additional flexibility and build for the future. Like Chris I’m planning to use pulse surveys and workshops to understand what’s important for all our people. As I’m only at the design stage I would be really interested to hear what other people are planning.
