      Hi All,

      Can anyone share with me their enhanced payments for the above? We currently pay statutory only for all and I want to put a proposal together for enhanced pay but be great to see what other companies do 🙂



        Morning Emma, after 2 years service we pay 2 weeks full pay paternity leave and 6 months full pay for maternity, the maternity is optional and comes with a sliding scale of payback if they don’t return.  It’s not the most generous of schemes, but it’s certainly a step up from stat minimum. Recipients have always been very grateful for the additional support. Good luck.


          Hi thanks for sharing – can i check to see if you received any further input from other organisations.  We have an enhanced maternity policy but we are looking to review it.

              Hi Emma, we have gender neutral parent leave: all new parents get 26 weeks paid leave, whether mother or father, or birth, adoption, surrogacy or fostering. This is for all employees, providing they have been employed for 26 weeks at the end of the 15th week before due date.
