Good Evening All,
Following our recent bi yearly big employee engagement survey I am planning to facilitate a action plan session with the senior management team. The survey result where not great and we have alot of work to do to encourage employee engagement.
I want the session to have a deep dive into the root causes into why the scores were low in different areas and then come up with actions- but I want the session to be engaging and positive.
Would be good to hear if anyone has done any similar sessions and what methods you used 🙂
