We currently have an Employee Consultation Forum (ERG) which sits alongside other employee groups – Wellbeing Champion group; D&I Champion group, innovation group etc
It’s lost its way a little and engagement is low – we would like to re-energise the group and use it better as a resource to help drive employee engagement and support the ongoing development of our employee experience.
Wondered if anyone had any similar employee groups and how they use them, what sorts of things do they get involved in, how you maintain engagement in participating?
