Does anyone already go trough a sensitive data collection self-identification campaign (religion, ethnicity/race, sexual orientation, gender identity) for the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion agenda?
If yes, can you please share your lessons learned and some tips to make it a success ?
We are assessing our to manage this topic from the data privacy and legal perspective to make sure we are compliance. The next challenge will be to make sure our people understand the reason behind and why/what for we are collecting such data.
