      Hello, a newly promoted director in the company is looking to get formal training on this new role. Any advice on training providers or valuable resources would be highly appreciated.

        Good afternoon

        I would also be interested to know what works for Directors.

        There are things such as Vistage but that is more an ongoing support function rather than training.

          Dear both, I would need to know more about the specific requirements/goals/experctations of your directors.

          And I would rather give the new leaders the possibility of a Coaching to support their personal Growth into the new role instead of a formal training.

            I would recommend INSEAD for leadership and management training, they are great.

            A more informal MBA is Seth Godin’s altMBA.
