Sounds interesting! In a previous organisation we worked on high performing teams which looked at subjects like trust, communication etc. We asked the teams to look at what mattered to them, got the to score from 1-10 and then looked at improvements and development from there.
We also invested in Intent Based Leadership (David Marquet) which was around empowerment, accountability, coaching etc. and was great!
