Good Evening All,
I have recently started business partnering with a team of senior leaders within my organisations.
I would like some ideas of what development session I could engage with them on in a group and also on a 1-2-1 basis
We are currently working with an out side performance management company to look at purpose etc.
Would be good to see what anyone else is doing 🙂
Sounds interesting! In a previous organisation we worked on high performing teams which looked at subjects like trust, communication etc. We asked the teams to look at what mattered to them, got the to score from 1-10 and then looked at improvements and development from there.
We also invested in Intent Based Leadership (David Marquet) which was around empowerment, accountability, coaching etc. and was great!
