I’m really excited to welcome someone to my Culture Team who is embarking on a squiggly career. She will bring bags of commercial and industry knowledge to her role and in tandem we will invest in developing the specialisms she will lead. I’m looking for the best D&I development out there- thinking of how we build a D,E and I strategy that is truly embedded in the way we do business and that is fit for purpose in an Agile organisation where it is important all colleagues feel heard and included in our approach. Has anyone come across some training that is truly inspirational and that they would happily recommend?
