      We’ve seen some great examples of a ‘culture guide’ for employees – a very visual guide giving information about what it’s like to work with us, our values, behaviours etc. Has anyone put something similar together, and can you recommend a supplier who doesn’t charge a fortune?

          Hi Sandra, rather than go down a design agency route which can be very costly, I would use a writer for tone of voice and copy structure and a graphic designer for visual elements. Happy to talk you through the process and who I used. Cost all depends on depth and breadth of content. Some lovely guides can be produced even with a limited budget!

                The Tribe-Guide is such a brilliant example of a culture guide and great to see it has been updated since its first iteration.  If anyone needs help to produce a guide that captures your company brand (tone of voice/look and feel etc) do get in touch. I know a brilliant writer and designer combo!
