We are currently introducing a version of Conversations that Matter which will focus on promoting employees’ ownership over their development.
We opted for a new, more flexible career framework and building coaching skills within our manager population.
I’m currently a bit stuck on instructions for employees. Did anyone who has already implemented some version of Conversations that Matter could share any tips or materials for employees to help them get the most out of a quality conversation? I don’t want to introduce any processes around it, but more food for thought guides on how to prepare for meetings, what to discuss etc.
