      Hello,

      We have designed and about to roll out our first Continuous Performance Management process. We will be using our HRIS, bob, to manage the process. Would anyone be happy to review our managers training presentation as we would love feedback from other HR Professionals.

                                  Hi Sam,

                                  Just joined this network so a little late to the party ….

                                  Looks like our companies are about the same size – would love to take a look and understand how the rollout went if you were happy to have a chat? I’m about to rollout our continuous performance framework in September, using hibob too.
