In our business, we have more independent contractors (ICs) than employees (asset based consulting).
In order to know who we can deploy to what clients and what upskilling is required, we need to be clear on the ICs competencies.
We have traditionally done this using forms and powerBI but it’s very manual.
Is anyone aware of any tech that supports competency assessments?
If it helps, we have microsoft teams and use Looop for learning and Bamboo as our HRIS and for PM (though we are piloting a new tool).
