Hi everyone!
We recently sent out a: ‘how are we doing survey’ which had a mixed response. Some were positive responses and some not so. For example folk asked for more transparency, more time with the senior management team, more visibility on the revenue etc. All excellent points.
In response to this we are going to do a company wide meeting later on this week and address the points raised and open up for questions at the end.
Does anyone have a structure they would suggest? I want the tone to be fair, upbeat and importantly I want people to know that we do take their feedback seriously. It will be over zoom!
