We are launching our refurbished values, you may ask why. We had 12 and it is too much for anyone to remember, they are now condensed into three main values – Team – Family & Partnership.
We are a business that talks and lives our values but it could be much better, especially within the shop floor levels.
Any information on what’s worked for you or something that is out there and completely different would be a great help.
There are some tips in one of Lucy’s blogs that might give you some inspiration, but you could also think about the moments of truth that bring your values to life in reality. So start with the feelings you want your people to have under the three new values and then look at all the touchpoints – recruitment, reward, learning, leadership etc.. and see if they match? An example here is on creating a feeling of trust.
