          Hi Joel, thanks for checking. I am referring to succession planning – positions that would put the business at risk if they were vacant. Many thanks!

            Hi Catherine.

            There are probably a few components, but one that you could use is the “keeper test”.

            Netflix use this for assessing people, but there is no reason why this could not be used at a role level.  Also, you’d need to think in systems on this one.  How might that role impact other areas which will be very specific to your business I imagine.
