We use a lovely company called Peoplevalue, who are engagement and reward specialists.  They run our employee hub for us, which has a reward function where we can give thank yous and award points to employees to be able to spend.  We give points for thank yous, incentives, long service, birthdays etc and you can spend your points in a large catalogue, all through the platform.   We run our Long Service piece through it as well and it also has a great discount shopping platform as well.  We are also able to link through to all of our benefits/systems for staff through the platform – such as healthcare cashback, pensions, e payslips, online learning etc.  It is a kind of one-stop shop for all employee stuff!
