We are a small, but extremely global company and meetings are a challenge given the time zones.
I will shortly be reviewing these and would love to talk to anyone in a similar position, who has implemented asynchronous meetings?
One of the main benefits of asynchronous meetings is that nobody needs to jump on a video call or schedule a specific time slot in their calendar to participate and share their status updates.
Currently, we have people dialing into meetings at very random times, everything from 4am to 10pm.
This has been the case for years and I want to change this (especially because many of these meetings seem to be talking shops rather than decision bodies… how frustrating is that!?)
Anyway, I would love to connect with anyone who has put asynchronous meetings in place to understand how best to make them work?
