      Hello,
      I’m looking into how we can use our apprenticeship levy to upskill existing staff and wondered if anyone had any experience they would share and providers they would recommend?

        Hi Hannah

        We have worked with West Berkshire Training Consortium.  They are Berkshire based but work nationally too.   They offer a wide range of apprenticeship and training opportunities and we have worked with them to take a number of our people through qualifications.  They have been very professional, responsive and supportive throughout and I would highly recommend them.

          Hi Hannah

          I have known the levy monies be used to great effect in developing/coaching managers and leaders (a level 5 Diploma).  Very happy to share details with you.  Was game changing.  Not sure if that was the level of employee you were asking for though.

            Hi Hannah,

            We’re just starting to work with Raise the Bar who offer Leadership, Management and a new Coaching qualification that are apprentice levy accredited.

            I’ve worked with Raise the Bar previously through their Change Catalyst programme and their content is fantastic.
