I was wondering if anyone could assist with how I can approach performance appraisals for our partners. We have moved forward for our employees and have the regular check ins and career conversations, but when it comes to the annual appraisal of our partners, the owners of the firm, we seem to be stuck in the 1980’s with a balanced scorecard! I have tried to talk about behaviours rather than purely financial measures, but it is tricky to move mindsets. Anyone have any experience or ideas? I would be most grateful! Thank you
