We completely agree with you.  How about ‘People Experience’ as an option, as it helps put effort into creating moments of truth at every touch point in the employee life-cycle rather than perhaps in the old days when we did EVP just to  ‘attract new talent’?   If we can create a great employee experience it obviously raises the external brand and means new recruits don’t see a mismatch between what you say it’s like and what it actually feels like when you join.
