      Hi,

I am currently reviewing our communications across the organisation. I’m curious to know how you have adapted your communications to promote L & D to cater for departments different needs but also differing communications preferences.

Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

      Thanks

      Nicola

        Hi Nicola,

We’ve been really pushing a multi-channel approach on this one. For instance, we have a digital magazine focused on education and awareness, podcasts focused on shared experience, and virtual fireside chats to promote conversation. Everything we do is pretty bitesize to make it accessible to as many of our colleagues as possible. We also have a number of colleague-led culture groups who support and champion these topics across the business, as well as acting as a sounding board for new approaches. This seems to be working well for us so far.

        Hopefully that’s helpful.

        Thanks,

        Katherine
