We are looking to do a full review of our (outdated!) policies and want to take more of the disruptive approach rather than the long winded, prescriptive policies we currently have in place.
Before we can move down that route completely, we need to do a lot of work with our line manager population and we’re not there culturally.
However, we have reviewed our occupational sick pay allowance and so I would like to use this policy to begin our journey to a new way of approaching policies.
Does anyone have any great examples of absence management policies that they would be willing to share?
