Thank you for always giving us so much inspiration!

Our People & Culture Team has been struggling to keep up with all of the requests for help from the business over the last few months as so many of us have in HR generally.

Yesterday, I took inspiration from your 5-Minute Monday to create our own where I provided a resource on a “hot topic” that will take our HR Field team no more than 5 minutes to read or watch, 5 minutes to add questions or best practice to our Microsoft Teams 5-Minute Monday channel or need more than 5 minutes to explain a concept/give guidance to someone else.

So far, reactions are positive. Really want to say thank you for the inspiration and to share with other members that a lot more can be achieved in 5 minutes than we think!
