I’m organising a training for new and existing managers within my Company and as a metric to evaluate the effectiveness of the programme I chose 360* feedback form which which will be performed before the programme and 2 months after. Employees who report directly to the managers on training will be answering questions as well as people from different teams who work with the individuals on daily basis.
I’m looking for some inspirations for great questions. There should be maxiumum 10 and capture transition in becoming a manager, EQ, conflict resolution, time management and leadership.
