We currently have no feedback/performance management process in place.
We would like to move to a process light, on going feedback process and wondered if anyone had any software they could recommend or any templates they could share?
I can really recommend ClearReview as a great tool to embedd continuous performance management into a business. We have had it now for over 4 years and use across all of the business

At the moment we use a simple google form which just has the headings, start, stop, continue. I also created a google sheet outlining the 5 chats which I learnt from disruptive hr 🙂 and ask the line manager to add light notes to it. One day I am hoping we can get a software to do it but in the meantime the google form / sheet work okay.
WE use teams and are currently piloting teamflect. It’s built and integrated into teams so it’s not a separate system you have to go to to look at goals etc. It captures 121s, enables feedback and tracking of goals.
So far, I really like it and it’s getting positive feedback from the org.
